CONCERTS AT ST WERBURGH?S Martin Dale (clarinet and saxophone) and Gavin Martin (keyboard)  Friday, February 24th at 7.30
In March last year, alto and tenor sax player Martin Dale came to Wembury to play jazz. The big local audience was delighted with his versatile playing and the easy charm of his presentation.
Plymouth Music Accord is pleased to bring him back for a return visit ? this time playing clarinet in a programme devoted to the lighter classical repertoire. His pianist once again will be the very talented Gavin Martin who is equally at home in the classical field.
Hearing that Martin Dale was due to return, some who were present last year asked for some jazz as well so he will play both clarinet and sax.
One item has a special local connection ? Cologne, a recently published jazz-based composition is by Wembury resident Clive Jenkins.
Tickets are £10 available from Wembury Post Office, Pam Pinder 01752 863304 or Carol Steel 01752 862602.  Profits will go towards Plymouth Music Accord?s work in education.
